The State Administrative Tribunal (SAT) today recalled its June 27 order passed against Orissa's School and Mass Education secretary Aparajita Sarangi, following a compliance report filed by her personally in the Tribunal.��������SAT chairman Justice Nityananda Prusty (Retd) on Monday had held the IAS officer as a contemnor-respondent for not complying to an earlier order passed by the Tribunal in August 2009 pertaining to disbursement of an amount to a school teacher.������� The Tribunal had directed that the salary of the secretary shall not be disbursed in her favour from June 30, 2011 onwards till the order of the Tribunal is fully complied with. The Tribunal had further directed that till full compliance report is furnished, the IAS officer shall be liable to pay a fine of Rs 1000 for each month of delay.������� However, the secretary today submitted before the Tribunal that officials concerned were directed to comply with the Tribunal order of August 2009 by June 30, 2011.She also informed the Tribunal that pursuant to the above order, the teacher concerned was paid an amount of Rs 2,09,278 by a cheque on June 30, 2011.
