The English learning programme is supported by the American Embassy and US department of States.
“English is an important language in anyone life and we must get realistic and say that in order to get job or education wherever you study in India or abroad you need to speak in English. Wherever you stay in India, China South Africa, Greece, English is the language that all are using to communicate,” Constance C Jones, said.
“Our aim is to give young stars from not so privileged background to raise their confidence and make them complete for seeking better jobs. They can use these skills to better life and income level,” she said.
Former Tennis star, Akhtar Ali was also present at the event on Wednesday.
“I am associated with this school for a long time. The problem of lack of education that these people were suffering from in the past have changed significantly. And this is really good. The girls are really doing well,” Ali said.
A student of the institute said that the course has helped them a lot in growing their confidence level.
“It will help me to full fill my dreams of studying abroad,” Mohd. Maisur Rahman, a student of the school said.
