Excellent Placements for Sharda University Students

Sharda University, an institute of excellence, inspiring value-based education, research and development, is witnessing a beeline of companies during the ongoing campus recruitment at its Greater Noida Campus.

So far, over 160 companies have visited the campus to offer lucrative deals to the students of 2010-11 batches of MBA and B. Tech. About 100+ of these companies are well-knownMulti National Companies (MNCs) across varied sectors such as IT & ITES, FMCG & Consumer Durables, Banking, Insurance, Retail, Automobile, Education, Healthcare, Media, Research, Financial Services, Clinical Research, Real Estate, BPO & KPO and more.

Companies like Future Group, Audi, ITC, HDFC Bank, HSBC Bank, Dish TV, Cargill Foods, Axis Bank, Wipro, Grail Research, Capital IQ, Naukri.Com, Saint Gobain and HCL, to name a few, visited Sharda University Campus for MBA 2011 batch. Likewise, global giants such as Cognizant, Birlasoft, Mahindra Satyam, Dell Services, Syntel, HCL, CMC, Indian Airforce, Aricent, Wipro and L&T thronged the campus for B.Tech 2011 batch.

The highlight of the campus recruitment has been the excellent pay packages as offered to the students of MBA and B. Tech. The former received the highest international offer of INR 12 Lac Per Annum (LPA) and highest national package of INR 7 LPA. The company offering the highest international package was 
World s Window Group. The highest package offered to B. Tech student (s) was of INR 4.10 LPA. The average packages offered to students of MBA and B.Tech were 3.20 LPA and 2.99 LPA respectively.

Another achievement of Sharda University's students of the outgoing batch is that they have been readily recruited by all the three wings of Indian Armed Forces viz. Army, Navy and Air Force In fact, in the entire North India, Sharda's Campus is the Nodal Centre for Indian Airforce's Fast Track Selections of Engineers.
